Poster Sessions
A key component of the 2009 MathBio 2 symposium is a poster
session designed to highlight imaging and imaging analysis work across the UW
campus. The poster session will be digital and presented on 22inch LCD
monitors. There will be a poster contest with an award given to the poster that
makes best use of the digital form to convey their research topic.
There will be two sessions:
Nov 19th 10-11am
Nov 20th 10:15-11:15am
Poster presenters are encouraged to present their posters
throughout the day of their assigned sessions as the rooms will be open all
day.
For the presentations, presenters are expected to bring
their own laptop able to connect to a standard VGA monitor. The rooms will be
monitored for equipment safety. A limited number of laptops are available by
emailing info@wiscmathbio.org.
There are fifty slots. Posters will be selected from
abstracts that best convey computational challenges in bioimaging. Abstracts
are due October 30th. Digital posters and abstracts should be submitted here.
