Our Mission
The WID epigenetics theme will focus on the molecular, chemical and physical basis underlying epigenetic mechanisms and will serve as the physical and intellectual center on campus that will catalyze interdisciplinary collaborations involving basic and translational research in epigenetics and chromatin function.

New in Epigenetics - April 2012
The Epigenetics Theme welcomes Dr. Jin-Hee Lee as a post doc in Dr. John Denu's lab starting Monday, April 16th. Jin earned her PhD in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2010. Her specialties lie in both chemical synthesis of small peptides and in several different molecular biological techniques and mechanistic enzymology.
