James Luedtke
Jim Luedtke is an assistant professor in the department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and also holds a courtesy appointment in Computer Sciences. Luedtke earned his Ph.D. at Georgia Tech and spent a year as a postdoctoral researcher at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. Luedtke's research lies in the areas of stochastic and mixed-integer programming, with applications in areas such as energy planning, service systems staffing, and supply chain management. Luedtke was awarded an NSF CAREER award in 2010.
